Wide Awake Study this Fall

This fall season we, as Young Adults at Allison Park Church, will be studying the book “Wide Awake: The Future is Waiting Within You” by Erwin McManus. This is part of what we call “Group Nite” here at APC. Not only am I excited about this book inspiring young adults to live ‘wide awake’ and not succumb to merely existing, but I can’t wait for what the Holy Spirit will do as we come together.

So much of church life is seen as one event to the next. This is not what Group Nite is about. We are here to learn and invest in one another, seeking to become all God wants us to be. I am praying and believing for the Holy Spirit to change our lives, raising up passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.

If you are a young adult, I want to encourage you to come to APC this Tuesday night at 7:00. Do you feel you’re merely existing from one day to the next? Do you have dreams that you’ve given up on? I assure you, God has dreams for you beyond your highest thoughts.
